Anti-Intrusion

Purpose. Protective laminated glazing resistant to forced entry and burglary — banks, jewellery and firearms shops, museums, cash-handling points, facilities holding valuables.

Construction and properties. A composite of several panes bonded with durable polymer interlayers, able to withstand repeated blows. Burglar-resistance classes under GOST 30826-2014 — P6B, P7B, P8B (equivalent to the former B1, B2, B3). Test method — repeated impact with a 4 kg steel ball without full penetration. Typical thickness — from 15–17 mm upward, number of layers — from 3.

Governing standards. GOST 30826-2014 "Laminated glass. Technical specifications" (complies with Russian national standard, mandatory for the Russian market).

Points to note. The terminology has changed (B1–B3 → P6B–P8B) — confirm which GOST edition and year the product was certified under. Burglar resistance is a property of the entire composite, not reducible to a single thickness figure.
