This Privacy Notice describes how UNIALGLASS LLC («UNIALGLASS», «we», «us») processes personal data of visitors of the website unial.glass.
UNIALGLASS is registered in the Russian Federation. Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated 27.07.2006. 2. What data we collect
We collect only the personal data that you provide voluntarily through the contact forms on the website and that we need to respond to your business enquiry:
- name;
- company name (optional);
- phone number;
- e-mail address;
- the content of your message and any attachments.
We also automatically collect technical data (IP address, browser, referring page, cookies) for the purpose of the website operation and traffic analytics.
3. Purposes of processing
- replying to your enquiries about our products and services;
- preparing commercial offers and quotations;
- concluding and performing contracts with clients and contractors;

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes above, and in any event no longer than required by applicable Russian law. Enquiry data is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract has been concluded.

We apply organisational and technical measures required by 152-FZ to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

- request rectification or deletion of your personal data;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor).
